Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Bumper to Bumper Kuwait Referral Program allows existing customers to refer new customers to our Bumper to Bumper quick service centers in Kuwait. Both the Referrer and Referred Customer will receive a 25% discount on their next service upon successful referral. This 25% discount is applicable only for Quick Lube services.

2. Eligibility

The Referrer can be an Existing or New customer.
The Referred Customer must be a new customer who has not previously used Bumper to Bumper Kuwait services in last 12 months.

3. How It Works

The Referrer shares their unique referral code or link, provided by Bumper to Bumper, with the Referred Customer.
The Referred Customer must present the referral code or link at the time of their first service booking and complete a qualifying service (minimum service value of KWD 10).
Once the referred customer has been successfully invoiced, the Referrer will be eligible to avail 25% discount on invoice, subject to verification.

4. Discount Details

The 25% discount is valid for one service only and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
The discount voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
The discount applies to the total service bill, excluding taxes or additional fees.

5. Restrictions

Only one referral discount can be applied per service transaction.
Fraudulent or invalid referrals (e.g., self-referrals or fake accounts) will result in disqualification from the Program.
Bumper to Bumper reserves the right to verify the eligibility of both Referrer and Referred Customer.

6. Program Modifications or Termination

Bumper to Bumper Kuwait reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
Changes to the Program will be communicated via our website or email to participants.
Accrued rewards may be honored at the company’s discretion if the Program ends.

7. Liability

Bumper to Bumper Kuwait is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired discount vouchers.
